Chosen Solution
The dishwasher keeps producing the F15 error at the end of each cycle. I thought this might be due to a blockage, so I have cleaned the filter (with water only), and used white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda in the bottom of the machine. After some trial and error, it seems that the machine will only run a cleaning cycle if the filter is removed. It will fail after about 3 minutes if the filter is present. Does this mean that a new filter is required?
F15 indicates a heater control fault according to Hotpoint’s website Issue: Washing Machines is not heating water or pauses during a wash cycle / not drying or pauses during drying cycle. Hope this helps you… Might need to hire someone who can do the repair for you, if you are not confident inside the machines. Can’t really help much more as Computers & Phones are where my expertise lies.
