I am able to get on the internet on my phone with no signal bares displayed. The WiFi is shut off. I am unable to place phone calls with no bars present. The internet comes in fine however. How is this possible? Thanks.
Clearly you have some signal thats getting through. While you state you don’t have a cellular connection and you claim the WiFi is not enabled that leaves Bluetooth. Do you have a device which offers a Bluetooth bridge? Or its it possible the phones logic is damaged so it thinks WiFi is off but it really is on or even your cellular connection. Otherwise, you’ve found the magic of the seventh dimension! ;-}
