Hey all How big a drive can an 27” late 2012 handle? Can i go bigger than a 256GB? If yes, any suggestions to what drive i should use? I’ve ordered this - https://beetstech.com/product/solid-stat… - but bigger would be great. Thanks
Sorry to tell you this is not the largest drive for your system. This model supports ether the Apple custom Samsung AHCI drive like this one 768GB or the slightly larger OWC 1TB Aura 6G SSD. So I would contact BeetTech to alter your order the drive you would likely want from them or go with OWC.
