Hi, If it is new, check the purchase receipt to verify the date of purchase and then if the TV is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period (usually 12 months from date of purchase) check the manufacturer’s warranty statement that came with the TV as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair, replacement or refund. It may be found in the User manual if it is not a separate document. If you can’t find the receipt, check your credit card statements or bank statements for the date of purchase. Do not void the warranty by attempting to fix the problem yourself. That’s what warranties are for.
