Hi @robi1st Are you sure you’re using a 2G network? In most places this has been discontinued. Verify what type of network i.e. 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G etc your service provider has. Sometimes with some providers you might have to change the SIM card to access a different band Here’s how to change from 3G to 4G in an LG K40 phone, that may help.
