Does there exist a technique to determine whether I should replace my Bluetooth hardware? The Bluetooth doesn’t communicate but the Bluetooth control-window says Bluetooth is “on”. However, the “turn off Bluetooth” options are greyed-out and unresponsible. Thanks!
