Chosen Solution
I got a new phone (galaxy a5 2017) a while ago. I Changed the password a few times. I always used my fingerprint to unlock my phone. Now I powered my phone off and then I noticed, that I forgot my password and I already tried to hard reset it but it asks me for my password if I try powering it off. PLEASE HELP
hold volume up and home button then press power still keep holding volume up and home until it gives a menu. press volume down to wipe data/factory reset and press power button
