A pop-up message says “Application error: Unfortunately, Carefree Launcher has stopped” and allows me to exit or “send error report” whenever I try to access my home screen. This started happening ever since I updated my Blu Vivo 5. My phone only allows me to stay in multitasking mode and I ask Google to open apps but Google can’t access all the apps I would like to get to. Can anyone help me out so I can use my phone again?
Your phone sounds like it is kind of a potato now. If this is under warrenty immediately return it for a new one as trying to reverse an update can destroy your phone if done wrong.
