ive cleaned and fiddled and i get no sound from the left headphone and the right is at low volume, what can i do?
Assuming you have tried different headphones with the same result, I’d suggest replacing the headphone jack. The Stylo 3 Plus is an easy repair: Remove the back cover Remove the battery, SD, Sim, and stylus Remove all Phillips screws from the back of the phone Using your fingers or a plastic pry tool, gently remove the plastic midframe from the phone Unplug the LCD connector at the bottom of the motherboard as well as the front and rear cameras The Logic board should then lift out with no resistance Remove the headphone jack from the phone frame Reverse the steps with a new headphone jack and you should be set.
