I dropped my iPhone5s earlier, and now it has a straight big black line on the left side, and won’t stop glitching and works then doesn’t, someone please help me. Suggest things I can do?
Chloe, Looks like the drop fractured the LCD or damaged the solders on the back of the LCD. A screen replacement will fix it. Regards Holger
I agree with Chloe that a new screen will most likely fix your problem. If a new screen does not fix the glitching then that will tell you that the logic board has an issue. Sometimes after a hard drop a cold solder joint can form behind the Touch IC which would cause glitching like you describe. Good luck.
