my Nexus 4 has broken screen.The LG told me if you buy new one it’s better than fix your nexus .
When you have a new screen you can use this guide to replace it. If you buy a new screen without the frame, you’ll need to remove the broken screen from the metal frame. I’m uploading a video for this in a few days
So, if the display is still working, showing colors and light.. You CAN conceivably just replace the front glass AND digitizer. However, this requires separating the front glass and digitizer from the LCD, without harming the LCD. Read: using heat to separate strongly glued together glass components. It’s a pain in the butt. Really, get a new screen, LCD, Digitizer, front glass, at least. Preferably already attached to the frame/housing.. otherwise you have to unglue your current housing from your broken screen, and then re-glue it to the new one. (not fun).

Hello, i also dropped my nexus 4, it was a little drop but the screen has one scratch (not a big one) but the touch working in some places in the screen and not working in other places. can anyone advise me which part should i change? thanks.
