So I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and the issue I am having is that when I make a phone call, the party I’m calling can’t hear me unless the phone is on speaker phone. I ran the code *#0283# to test the microphones and the (Phone to ear) microphone did not pick up audio. So does that mean the Mic is bad, there is a glitch or what? Thanks
If you make a call and reciever is not hearing you then the microphone need to be replaced as is shown in these guide: Samsung Galaxy S7 Microphone Replacement
