I had just gotten a new tzumi dream vision and I tried to connect the controller but it just won’t it crept showing me an error message saying to make sure it is on and in range. I have tried resetting and holding down the multifunction button but it won’t connect.
I had this problem too. Fought with it for 4 days until I figured it out by being a button master lol. With IOS you have to hold down the @ button first, then while holding the @ button press and hold the power button. You have to be in your Bluetooth menu on your phone before you do this. Your phone should then pop up a screen asking for the Bluetooth PIN number. 0000 is the pin. This should work!
Just purchased this for my son. Won’t pair to either iPhone 7S+ nor my iPhone XR. So frustrating and disappointing!
I am trying to pair the controller with my apple iPhone 7 and I’m holding down @ then pressing the on button. It shows the pin and then I put in the code 0000 and it works…. for a second. Then it says connected but switched to not connected. What do I do
I’ve tried all these suggestions to no avail. I keep getting the error saying “Cant pair to divice. Wrong pin entered" Well !&&*,…it dosent even give me an area to even type in the 0000 pin all are suggesting. Junk….dissappointing.
Had my controller cabled with USB to my PC. Red light showing on the top of the device. Opened Settings > Bluetooth on my iPhone 6. Pressed and held down the Start button for about 5-10 seconds. The light changed from red to flashing purple and blue. DV Controller appeared on my list of bluetooth devices. Clicked the device name > Clicked Pair. Done.
Unfortunately my controller doesn’t have a USB port to connect to my pc or phone so this solution will not work.
I got the VR headset and I tried pairing my Nokia 3.1 plus with the controller and it kept saying errors.
try this while connecting before it shows error or while showing it pres start continuously that should work if not try the home button as same countinuosly
it is a piece of $@$* controller- I have tried to make this pair for at least 2 hours over the course of a couple days - lots of internet searching and nothing works , i am throwin the controller and the goggles in the trash and will at least have the satisfaction of hitting it with a hammer first I tried it on iPhone 8+ as well as my iPhone11 pro. I put in new batteries-I held the @ button down while I pressed the power On button, the screen for the pin comes up on my phone i enter 0000 and IMMEDIATELY the blue light on the controller goes off. Phone asks me if i want to pair and i click Yes and EVERY SINGLE TIME it says pairing unsuccessful. It is a piece of $@$*
It is a bad controller I am trying every way I find on this and on my IPhone 11 it won’t connect no matter what I try to do my advice is to never waste money on this hunk of junk
So when I put in the pin0000 and hit pair my controller turns off then I turn it back on and on my iPhone 6s it asks me if I want to pair this device (the controller) I hit pair then I get the notification could not connect to dv controller make shure your device is on and in range so does anyone know how to stop it from turning off or any other solutions
I am having trouble. Using my zte zblade to my tzuml dream vision head set
I can’t get the controller to pair with my galaxy j7 how can I
When you power it on way to the blue light flashes it might take a couple times but I finally got it sometimes it will shut off so make sure you let go of the button to power it on as soon as it starts flashing
I just got a j7 as well. My plan was to watch streaming shows with the VR. Now to pair them. First thing you want to do is to open your phone’s bluetooth settings page big and scanning. Then on your controller make sure that you have it set to the iOS or the Android phone that you have I have Android so I don’t know anything about iOS ones in the button on the right nearest the stick which looks just like a power button on a computer hold that down for 10 seconds it’ll start flashing in a little hole and between the two top buttons while you’re holding that down it should pop up as a Evo control pad on your smartphones Bluetooth page you want to click the Cog there and then turn it on to switch it to input device on the bottom row of your options or might just say input once that’s done it should pair with the Android phone just fine I have one TV controller and one Evo VR controller both connected to my phone’s Bluetooth and they work the same. Another fancy option with this as if you can cast your phone to your TV it’s a like using a Chromecast and you’re a lazy person like me you can use the controller to control your phone on your television screen like a mouse obviously the joystick moves the mouse cursor around the top button and select the bottom button returns your two other buttons that are horizontal or vertical do volume up and volume down and then the other two I think are forward and back holding your phone in your hand while reading a lot of texts can get rather tedious considering I have a 55 inch television to sit in front of me that I can just adjust the font and scroll down Owen to scroll you hold the top button down and move the Joey stick the opposite direction you want to scroll the page hope that’s of some help
I have looked all around it an m I do not now how to turn it on or connect
I went to the seller and had him pair mine.
So hit pair on remote but dont have to many things saved and do it like normal
I have the problem too but I found out you have to hold the @ button then push the power button then the code is 0000
I’m having the same problem
It is so raging 😠 I am on my iPhone 12 and I turn off my controller and I hold @ and the power button, I enter the code (0000) I turn my controller on, and it asks me do I want to pair it, I say pair and it says not connected and idk y it is so frustrating😡😡😡😡😡😡
