Beats by Dr. Dre Beatbox I am trying to fix the buttons on my beatbox because they were damaged
You have to first take off the metal grill, then peel up all the protective covers over all the screws, then you will need a torx screw (I could be wrong) then unscrew all the screws.

I have the exact same problem on mine! I have opened the speaker and realized that the casing around the volume up button is gone so it couldn’t press down to make contact with the conductor! I am still looking where to buy either spare parts of a broken speaker or that volume kit entirely
