rmbrks you cannot unless your tablet can get repaired to the point where your computer can recognize it. The memory is solid state and soldered to the logic board. There is no software in the world that will recover your files without the tablet responding. So, the only way to get it done is by fixing your tablet, even just long enough to power on and get recognized.
