I’ve inherited a Macbook Pro 2015 from my sister, but the screens hinge is busted on the left side, leaving the screen loose. Fortunately, the screen itself is still fully functional - I’m hoping to repair the hinge, but I’m not sure which parts I will need to replace, nor do I know how to properly replace those parts. I’ve attached pictures of the hinge itself, but let me know if there’s any further information needed to diagnose the exact problem. I’d be very grateful if someone could tell me which parts I need to replace, and possibly point me towards a tutorial that can walk me through the repair process. Thanks in advance!

Ouch! I can’t tell if the holes threads are stripped out or you are just missing the screws. You may only need the screws MacBook Pro 13" Screw Set - Hinge (x3) you’ll need two sets, as these are for the older model and for the body side you may need to file the length down to get them to fit. If you contact TheBookYard directly they maybe able to supply the lid side screws. You clearly need a new clutch cover MacBook Pro 13" Hinge/Clutch Cover (L13/14/15). If the screws don’t grab you’ll need to replace the full display assembly Retina MacBook Pro 13" Complete Display (Used Grade-B) and lastly if your WiFi or Bluetooth antenna cables are damaged you’ll need a new hinge MacBook Pro 13" Right Hinge, Antenna/iSight cable Here is the guide to take the display assembly off so you can fix things MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 Display Assembly Replacement

William, if you have no experience with doing this type of repair I would seriously consider letting an independent Mac repair professional do it as this looks like it has been worked on before and messed up.
