An incident happened with my chrome book, and now it is cracked in the top left corner and the part of the screen is black. It is still operational, (as I am using it to type this question), but it limits my view of the screen. I tried searching for tutorials because I have another computer of the same exact model with a dead battery that I want to switch the screen with, but the computer in the video has different wiring and I don’t want to make my Chromebook unusable. Anyone know where I can find an exact tutorial or should I just take it to a repair shop?
A replacement for your reference. https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/mod… There is also a video of the Acer Aspire R11 hinge replacement, so some screws may be different, but the concept is the same. so the skillsets are transferrable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cJrdgMw…
