My friend broke his phone screen really badly. the digitizer was still working while the LCD was destroyed. when i put a new screen on the phone it said the phone was disabled so i had to connect it to itunes. I reset it via itunes and it had his icloud on it and he forgot his email and he might not know the phone number. what can I do?
There is not really much you can do other than try to figure out that email or phone number. You can hop on a phone call with Apple to see if they can help, but currently you are iCloud locked out of the device and there is no way to bypass it other than figuring out the credentials.
