Hi, I have a Premiere Water Dispenser and the water freezes in the reservoir. Any idea how to solve it? Thanks everybody in advance! :)
Maybe this will help. These little coolers have thermostats on On the back there will be a label with some tech info. them. (The model # maybe located here.) This diagram will show where the thermostat is. It will be located close to the water reservoir. Look for a little copper tube and some wires going to it. Some will tell you which way to turn the screw to adjust them and others will leave you guessing. Since it just started doing this it might be that the thermostat has failed and you will need a new one. If that is the case try an HVACR supply house. The other thing that could cause this is if you moved to a different elevation like from Denver to Portland. In that case you just need to adjust it I hope this helps you. Good luck.
