I can’t remember my passcode. At one time I had saved my finger print. Is there anyway I can use my finger print now?

If you have a Samsung account set up on your device, you can unlock your device remotely on the Find My Mobile web page.

1. Go to http://findmymobile.samsung.com and log in using your Samsung account details.
2. Click on “Unlock my screen”.
3. Click Unlock.
4. You will receive Notification, the screen is unlocked.
