Dear Garmin Support, I got a new phone, although I backed up all my stuff some did not back up! one of those things is my account at the Garmin, so I lost all my friends, previous badges and personal records that I was so proud of!! can you please tell me how can i use my old account please by explaining it step by step sincerely, Salem
Can you elaborate how you backed up your data? The data in your vivoactive should be linked and automatically backed up via an account you set up on Garmin Connect IQ app. If you logged in with the same account, everything should just transfer over inherently. https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/start/v…
You just need to drop by the App Store and download the Garmin Connect app to your new iPhone. Then launch the app and sign in with your Garmin account credentials. If you don’t remember your account password, there is an opportunity to reset it as you follow the login process in the app.
