I bought from HSN ,and holding in case my kids need it ,but now my sister getting in college and she needs,,she no has money to buy one so I trying to turn on ,its doesn’t, I trying to charge ,its doesn’t work .can you help me to fix it.Thank you.
yolanda de la cruz you did not tell us the age of the tablet and how long you have it. We need to know if it has worked before and when the last time was that it has been turned on. From the small amount of information you provided it does sound like a bad battery. Once the battery is depleted below its threshold is does no longer accept a charge. Of course, you do want to check your charger making sure that it works as well as check your charging cable etc.
