How Come The Phone Doesn T Turn On After I Charge It Htc Incredible 2

When the battery runs out, I charge it then try to turn it back on. When I do so, the phone pauses on the android “eye” for longer than normal. What’s wrong with it?

This is normal for the Incredible 2. When the battery has to charge from 0%, it will take longer to turn back on and will stay on the start-up screen for a longer period of time.
