Hello, my laptop just got a dead pixel so i was thinking about changing my screen; Unfortunatlt, couldn’t find any tutorial about the procedure. Does anyone knows how to do that? My laptop is a MSI Modern 14

Why not just run a dead pixel fixing program? JScreen is one popular freeware one: https://www.jscreenfix.com/ There are others.
