Everytime I charge my tablet the screen is turning blue and then black.it did happened before months ago but it would charge.right now it been on the charger for at least a hour or 2 and it’s still on 0%.I noticed that I have to keep it off so it could charge because when I turn it on,it wouldn’t be charging.I need help.
Have you tried a different charger? This one might be not giving enough current to charge your unit.
