How to adjust low idle
What kind of vehicle are you dealing with? I fixed a similar problem recently by adding a crimp on to the accelerator cable which had become stretched over time. Possibly you are dealing with a stretched out accelerator cable, of that is the case have the cable replaced by a mechanic.
