how do i change the time and date on my fitbit alta?
From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and tap Account. Select Settings. Select the option to modify your time zone. Syncing your tracker: Go back to the Account screen and tap your tracker name. Then select Sync.
