I have a Vizio E470i-A0. When I power up, the led lights come on for a split second showing the Vizio symbol on the screen, then goes dark and there is nothing. I did the flashlight test and saw nothing. I tested the 0500-0605-0270 power supply and got readings over 140v at led1+ and led2+ leads. Please advise. Thanks
