My Brother printer HL3170CDW jams when asked to print. The problem is not me being able to unjam the paper, it is that the printer jams every time it is asked to print.

First, ensure your paper stock is compatible with the printer. If it is, then try to determine where it is jamming. Most often dirty or worn rollers and/or fuser units are the culprit.
