The print head on my Pixma will not move to central position to allow ink replacement and seems to be stuck on the right hand side of the printer under the body of the printer. How can I release it?
take a look inside and observe if all the cartridges are in right place. if not, take a plane screwdriver or a knife and gently press the cartridge to put in place, after this power the printer and see if the print head move to center.
