I have an unresponsive screen which is the color of white , how do I fix the screen and what are the steps?
I have the same problem so I press the return button which works for me,I do the same for nearly all the screens that get stuck. I am unable to do this to the black screen which is far too quick to turn black I hope this works for you,has anybody got a solution to stop the black screen returning when I am trying to view another app?
This works for me on the white screen. Take out the batter, press. Vol up and down at same time slide the battery back into the phone . I have had to plug it in wile holding vol up and down also. It usually works. OR YOU COULD THROW IT AT THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD IT TO YOU, HE NEW IT
All i did was smack my phone a load of times and it works :),you guys try it
