Chosen Solution
Top hinge plastic cover opens slightly when rotating screen past 180 degrees. Seems to get caught on something. This causes clicking sound when it becomes unstuck. Would be cool to see a hinge repair/replacement/tearing down of the dual screen for the LG V50 ThinQ
To fix the Clicking noise you have to remove the side to tighten some screws.
Tighten all the screws and the click sound will back to the way it was :)
