We were moving the tv and accidentally pushed on the screen and it immediately had visible lines. And black spots. But only originating where the palm pressed against the screen. Is this a Tcon issue or a damaged screen issue?
Hi @acapell , You have a cracked screen. This cannot be repaired. The screen will have to be replaced (if you can find one that is) Here’s an image that shows where it occurred.
