I just got my ZTE Zmax and am really loving it.Then I noticed that I wasn’t able to open Netflix and started getting error message Facebook has stopped working.I found out that my ZTE was corrupted.How do I fix it.Please help me I’m not very good when it comes to high tech stuff. Thanks
Hello kevin williams, Application errors doesn’t make any sense that entire mobile OS corrupted. according to your sounds i guess the problem can be occur few ways. Check the APN setting related to your mobile operatorCheck date and time zone of your mobile : let mobile to get info from networkUpdate Facebook or failed application by play store Check the try to rectify issue with WiFi network
