Yes, it can be fixed. Galaxy Note5 Charging Assembly (AT&T) If you have not repaired a Samsung device before, take this to your nearest reputable repair shop and have them repair your device. The charging ports are carrier specific so if you have an AT&T device, an AT&T charging port assembly should be put into it. Expect prices between $89-$119 for the repair.
