I cracked under the screen of my tv. It’s a 49” Samsung UHD 4K. I called a center and they said it would cost 800 to fix, literally double the price of the TV. Any chance of having it done cheaper?

Unfortunately, no. That requires a complete screen replacement which will cost you tons of money no matter what you do or where you go. You’re better off getting a used version of your TV off Mercari or eBay.
