Hey guys! tecnically my smartphone is totally ok, except the software has gone nuts. i can’t read sms and my connectionmanager doesn’update on new incoming calls. how can i replace the original firmware? i’m hoping, it then will work as usual again. (does anyone know something about this bug???)
Hi, First try with a factory reset. This procedure is similar with the Galaxy S4: How to Wipe Samsung Galaxy S4 Data / Factory Reset This will erase your personal data. Make a backup first. Check for updates. If you want to flash the firmware, go here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ Make a registration, find the firmware for your mobile. There you’ll find links for Odin application, stock ROM and a short guide. You must select the correct firmware! Regards.
