If switching bulb to other side verifies bulb is Ok, Or simply using test leads to truck battery - Then you’ll more than likely have fuse problem, This panel might be in engine bay, if not inside cab. The user manual will have location for fuse. Note: By Chance , was a trailer used recently? I’ve seen this being the case many times, The lead on trailer, or socket is damaged. Blows the fuse.
