I dropped my phone and now it has colored lines on the whole screen. Can I fix this.

As what you say it may has two reasons. First reason is that the LCD connector loosed when it dropping, you can tear down you phone then reconnected it. Second is that the LCD screen was cracked, so you have to replace it with a new.
