My Xbox 1 s controller’s audio jack wont work I think, When I plug in the headset, the audio sign does not pop up. I can hear a little static when I unplug it though. What do I do?

Use somthing sharp to get rid of any dirt/dust excess from inside. Along that you can use some kind of kontact spray to get rid of the noise.
