I want to fix it without a screwdriver… But how? My New 3DS XL is not powering on. It says “A error has occurred”…. And then it says the support link. It’s fully charged… Please put a answer… I would be very grateful…

Hi @lilkenkens , If it is “new” why do you want to fix it? Let the manufacturer fix it. That’s what ‘manufacturer’s warranties’ are for. If you attempt to fix it you will void the warranty on the device. Verify the purchase date on the sales receipt and if the warranty period is still valid, follow the directions as per the manufacturer’s warranty statement as to what to do to make a claim for a warrant repair or replacement.
