how do i fix the secondary air flow malfunction? Update (09/09/2020) my check engine light came on so i bought a code checker and the code was p0411 witch is the secondary air flow is malfunctioning . i have a 2007 chevy cobalt 2.2 liter motor. and i just need some suggestions on how to fix it. please.
@sugerbea P0411 is a general OBDII trouble code. The code is letting you know that the ECM has detected incorrect flow in the secondary air injection system. The secondary air injection system injects air into the exhaust to help lower emissions. Most of the time, P0411 is going to be caused by a failure in this pump or the one way check valve. Check on here for some repair suggestions.
