Chosen Solution
When I move the setting to wifi on, it just turns grey. The same happens with Bluetooth
@tbow2k ,Tom. I found a suggested fix from a forum 1st link below, remove battery, hold down power button 30 seconds, reinstall battery and power on. Other things to check would to be up to date on firmware. Link #2 is Samsung trouble shooting on WiFi etc. where you can input info. and hopefully get a solution. Factory reset is probably the last thing you want to try, last link explains the process. Good luck.
