My ZTE z833. Android , Metro pcs phone has not been dropped, and taken good care of. Was given by a friend , because my phone was stolen . I already did the hard reset, Yes delete previous data, and( this is where it did not reboot correctly. ) did the reboot . So I thought. When i turned the phone on it stay on the white screen.
