my screen appears to have been cracked or broken. It is not all the way through, but I cannot unlock the tablet. I have pictures on here that I want to transfer off of the tablet. How do I do that? I have not pushed the reset button. Note: I had put the tablet in charge mode, and was connected to the type board. When I took it off to use it, I noticed the screen was cracked, and it seems to have locked up.
Linda Morgan the issue here is that you cannot “cannot unlock the tablet.” Your computer therefore cannot access your tablet. the only way to get the pictures is by replacing the display and unlocking your tablet. No software or driver replacement is going to work for this.
