Chosen Solution
I have around 3 or 4 years of progress of save data and some is not backed up. I saw my friend get put in safe mode and he got out, but I can’t get out or into this menu everyone is on about.
These are the only options I am greeted with and I’m scared of losing my progress so I haven’t done anything to my PS4 yet.
turn the console off and then hold in the power button until you hear 2 beeps, on the second beep let go of the button and it should enter safe mode but it looks like it needs a firmware update
