I have no sound . There is a red x on speaker icon and I don’t know how to get rid of it.

Hi eh45music Check on device manager if the drivers for audio is properly loaded. If there is no audio devices, check on the BIOS / UEFI page to check on audio module, making sure it is not disabled.
