Looks like you can search for “Settings” on your phone, then Reset, then Restore Home Screen Layout. http://ccm.net/faq/34313-ios-the-setting… says: Open Spotlight Search, and type Settings. Tap Settings. Go to the Reset section > Reset Home Screen layout.
