When I turn my laptop on, it goes straight to a screen that asks for system or administrators password. How do I get the password
The person who setup your system will have it (if its a company system). You could try your password if you are the one who installed the OS. Otherwise you may need to re-install the OS, apps & your stuff hopefully you have a backup.
