So I have a new refrigerator the ice is dumping down into the freezer section how do I make it dump into the upper freezer
You have two separate ice makers. One is in the door. The other in the freezer. You are having a problem with the upper ice maker. Mine isn’t working at this point. I figured out that the gears in my tray motor are binding. I’m ordering a completely new ice maker. Yours probably has one of the more common problems. You will probably need to call a professional repair company.
